Jeffery L. Thomas, Sr.,, 58 of Wilmington, DE, departed this life on Monday, September 18, 2017. He was born on March 22, 1959 to Thomas Thomas and Jessie (Hicks) Thomas. Jeffery is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Thomas; children, Yolanda Brown, Jeffery Porter, Crystal, Alisha Holden and Wesley D. Monroe, Jr., (step-son); grandchildren, Frederick Holden, Anthony, Anisha Foster, Julius Chandler, Jr., Jeffery Porter, Jr., Jae’Ana Porter and Shawn Washington; a host of extended family and friends.
