Rashaad Izil Wisher unexpectedly transitioned to his heavenly home on Sunday, July 8, 2018 in the City of Wilmington. Rashaad (affectionately known as Pop-Pop) was the beloved son of Anita Wisher, Henry Kee and Rashaon Deburnure was born February 29, 2000 in Wilmington, DE. Rashaad received his education in the Brandywine School District. He was good and well liked by his teachers. He was kind, obedient, and respectful to all he came in contact with. He was well loved by his family and friends. He was a loner, stayed to his self and did not participate in any adverse gangs or activities. He loved and adored his brother (Raquis) who he was with constantly and preceded his death on May 31, 2018. Rashaad leaves to cherish his memories with his mother, Anita Wisher, Henry Kee (step father) and his father, Rashaon Deburnure. His sisters, Antinasha Wisher, Arianna Wisher, Leonice Skates; brothers, Rah'mere and Am'ir Kee Wisher, Rashoan Deburnure, Brandon and Marckel Kee; aunts, Sierra Collins, Shanikwa Kee, Nakeysha Flonnery; uncles, Arthur Jr. Dante Collins, Othello Ames, Ortis Alderman, James Kee, Freddy Flonnery.;great aunts, Barbara Jones, Marlene Wisher, Pamala Moore, Jackie Ford, Christine Crosby; great uncles, William Wisher, Maurice Wisher, Jake Alderman, Jr. Aldean; maternal grandparents, Beverly Wisher, Ortis Alderman, Maxine Kee, Arthur Rollins Sr.; paternal grandparents, George Henry Jr, Edith Flonnery.; great grandparents, Jauanita Lewis, Pastor Essie Alderman; devoted cousins, Raniyah Hamlin, Devante Wisher, Patricia Wisher, Nasir Anderson; and devoted friend Jakye Stewart.
