Charles W. Hoffman, Jr., 83, of Satellite Beach passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017. He was born in Newark, NJ. He moved to Satellite Beach, FL in 1969 from Toms River, N.J. Charles served in the U. S. Coast Guard during the Korean War assigned to Customs and Immigration at Ellis Island. He was past Master of Beach Masonic Lodge #345 in Indialantic. He was past Worthy Patron of Order of Eastern Star Hope Chapter and a member of the National Sojourners. He retired in 1990 as a general contractor. Survivors include Carol, his wife of 63 years; daughter, Suzann; son, Guy; grandson, Ryan and brother, Glen Winkler. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Beach Lodge, 1550 N. A1A, Indialantic, FL.
