Aaron Davis Obituary

Aaron Davis was born December 29, 1944 to the late Lillie Davis and John Chance, Sr. in Waynesboro, GA. Aaron attended Waynesboro Elementary/High School, Burke County, GA. In the early 60’s he moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. to join family members that had relocated earlier. Aaron was employed as a cook at Craton Restaurant for several years. He later was employed by Charles Irwin Fiber Glass Yacht fixing plumbing, painting and whatever else his crafty hands would do. Aaron was preceded in death by four brothers: Moses Butler, Marion Davis, John Chance Jr., Lonnie Johnson and one sister: Johnnie Mae Chance. Aaron leaves to cherish precious memories of his life, devoted children: Pamela Ricardo (Johnny), Timothy Davis (Sally), Darius Marion; sisters: Mae Taylor (Oscar), Emily Render (Willie), Johnny Chance (Tresa), Bennie Denson (Debra), Diane Wilson (Joseph) all of Ft. Lauderdale, FL;1 cousin was raised as a sister: Louis Shivers (Lee); ex-wife: Carolyn Marion; a special friend: L C Boyd; 5 grandchildren;10 great-grandchildren;1 aunt: Mamie of Miami;1 uncle; and a host of nieces, grandnieces, nephews, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.
