Chelsea Emmy Noel was born on April 19, 2013 in Coral Springs, Florida to parents Remy and Adnide Noel. Chelsea then returned to her family home in Port St. Lucie where she resided with her parents, and big brother Lindell Noel. Despite a significant age difference between the siblings, Chelsea and Lindell immediately bonded and were ‘best buddies’. As the youngest sibling, Chelsea was adored and spoiled by granny and grandpa and favored by all her cousins and family. Chelsea attended the VPK program at Windmill Point Elementary School where she was known to give all her teachers a hug at the end of her school day. This constant outward display of love from Chelsea will be missed by all. She enjoyed singing and dancing along to her favorite cartoons Dora the Explorer and Angelina Ballerina. At home, she also loved to climb up and sit on the piano bench and gently pound the keys to create a tune waiting for someone to sing along.
