Clinton Clarke

Clinton George Clarke was born in St. Mary Jamaica on February 20, 1947. I attended Primary School there until 1958. I graduated from Robin's Bay All Age School in 1963. I also attended Cobbler Camp from 1963-1966 studing carpentry, masonry and painting. After graduation I became a lifeguard at U.W.I. Mona Campus in Jamaica. I taught swimming and coached all age groups. I also trained lifeguards for the Royal Life Saving Society Beach Control Authority in Jamaica. While working at U.W.I. I did High School subjects and passed 4 subjects in ISC. In 1976 I resigned and went to work on the US Naval Base in Gitmo. I worked as a lifeguard with the the American Red Cross MWR or Special Services. I taught competitive swimming an life saving leader for aquatics. Responsibilties included setting up swim classes especially summer programs for several infants, toddlers, drown proofing beginners and advance beginners, intermediate and advance classes. I also drove for PWD, driving buses, trucks, garbage and school bus, street cleaners, etc. After working at Gitmo from 1976-1991 I became eligible to become a resident of the USA. I migrated to the US in 1993 residing in Pompano Beach, Fl. I was steadfast in the work of the Lord, helping and supporting ministries. pastored for awhile. I had a nursing home ministry, singing, praying and ministering to sick and afflicted. I retired and went back to Jamaica in 2012. I passed leaving behind 5 children: Debbie, Christopher, Cordellia, George and Damian; Two Brothers: LLoyd and Murdock; Two Sisters: Delvis and Crawford; Nine Grandchildren: Lance, Joanna-Kay, Christopher Jr., Daeshaniqua, Beverly, David, Joel, Tyler and Shyanne.
