Garfield Kevin Gibbison was born in Kingston, Jamaica, May 8, 1976. He eventually migrated to the United States. He was the first child to his mother, Marcie Hanson, and father, Patrick Gibbison, who went home before him. Growing up, Garfield was very quiet, humble, and loving to his family. Garfield was known by many. He lived in Florida for awhile, before moving to Arizona, where got married. He visited his family occasionally. He was a friend to everyone, and he treated them as if they were family. He loved to cook for his family and was very hard working. He leaves behind his wife, Ashergay Gibbison, with whom he had two children, Akai Gibbison and Aryia Gibbison; son, Calvin Gibbison, whose mother is Alecia; two sisters and one brother, Shashala, Charmaine, and Orville, all of whom shared the same mother, Marcie Hanson; five brothers and three sisters, Peter Gibbison, Dwayne Gibbison, Glenroy Gibbison, Devon Gibbison, Richard Gibbison, Patricia Gibbison, Sherona Gibbison and Cassandra Gibbison, all whom shared the same father Patrick Gibbison. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, multiple family members and friends. He will be surely missed.
