Kevin Milton

Kevin Lamont Milton Sr. was born to the late James and Christine Milton on March 3, 1961. Kevin completed his formal education in the Detroit Public School System, graduating from Cody High School. After high school Kevin went to and graduated from Technical School, he worked as a patient transportation driver. Kevin relocated to Florida, and then he moved to New Jersey for a short period of time. While in New Jersey he worked as a Physical Therapist. Then Kevin returned to Florida and he started his own roofing company, which he worked faithfully until he became physically disabled. Kevin was preceded in passing by his parents, James and Christine Milton; and his sister, Tanya M. Milton. Kevin leaves to cherish his memory, his wife: Sharon Milton; his children: Mecos D. Milton, Lisa Nicole Merritt, Kevin Lamont Milton Jr., and Katelyn Milton; stepdaughter: Vicky Nelson; his brothers: Daryl Milton and James P. Milton; his grandchildren: Malasia Milton, Makaila Milton, Mecos D. Milton Jr., Maniya Milton, George Smith, Amonte’ Nelson, Michael Patterson, Jerry Knight, Christopher Knight and Lester Write; his mother-in-law: Maxine Newsome; his brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; also, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
