Louisiane Jacques was born on August 26, 1958, in Sexieme section Lacroix, Saint Joseph, Haiti. She was born to her late mother, Argentine, and Dejasma Jaccima, in a family of five children. Louisiane Jacques lived a long and fulfilling life. Though she would later face various health complications, they would never waiver her faith. On Monday, May 4, 2020, at 5:30 a.m., she peacefully departed for her eternal habitation after a long period of illness. All those who have known and loved her will miss Louisiane. Her warm laughter and kindness will remain in our memories for as long as we live. She leaves behind: her sons, Gilbert, Marc, and Hermand Laguerre; brothers, Mertil Ercules and Wilner Jaccima; sisters, Laura Thelusma, Marie-Anne Saintilus, and Anatile Hercule; daughters-in-law, Rosemonde, Mendosa, and Giselle Laguerre; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Abigail, Harvey, Mychelle, Giana, and Hayden Laguerre; and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins. Louisiane Jacques is truly loved and will forever live in the hearts of everyone she has ever come across.
