Philbert Wellington

PHILBERT CYPRAN WELLINGTON was born in Kingston, Jamaica, on October 1, 1951, to his loving mom and dad. There, he found a passion for taxi driving and was the best to ever drive! He would take all the kids to the beach often and enjoyed every moment with them. Once he moved to America with his family, soon he was “ Daddy” to nine loving grandchildren, and treated them as his own. With a loving family and amazing friends, he peacefully passed in September. He will always be in our hearts and forever in our minds.
