Paulette was born to the parents of Mr. Samuel and Eurina Richards. She was the last child of her parents. Growing up as a child she showed signs of competence and constructiveness. She attended Friendship All-Age School where she took and passed her common entrance exam. She was awarded a scholarship to Dinthill High School in Linstead, where she spent four years. She majored in cooking and dressmaking, which was her passion. She would make dresses for her peers in the community. After some time she migrated to the United States in 1995, where she worked in the medical field. She often visited back and forth where she looked for her family. She was dedicated to her family. She played a major part in their lives. Paulette was a God-fearing, kind-hearted and loving person. She would give to everyone that she came in contact with in life.
