Beverly Robinson Hise, 66, of Milton, Florida, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018. She was born October 4, 1951, in Montgomery, Alabama, to Wallace I. Robinson and Clara Nell West Robinson. Beverly was a life-long resident of Milton. She graduated Milton High School in 1969 and attended Pensacola Junior College where she obtained an Associate Degree in Accounting. She was employed by Vanity Fair Mills and Sacred Heart Hospital. Beverly excelled in sports and cheerleading at Milton High School and played on the Vanity Fair Mills softball team. She was an actress as well, starring in her high school senior class play, and other local productions including Night of the Iguana, The Wizard of Oz, On Golden Pond, and others. Beverly was loved by all who knew her and had an extraordinary love for her immediate family. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Beverly is preceded in death by her mother, Clara Nell West Robinson; her father, Wallace I. Robinson; and a brother, Jeff Robinson. Beverly is survived by her husband of 34 years, Norma Hise, of Milton, Florida; her daughter, Tori McCraney Cook, of Milton, Florida; her grandson, Chase Gilbert; her granddaughter, Breah Cook; and four brothers, Calvin (Shelley) Robinson, William (Kathy) Robinson, Frank (Terry) Robinson, and Tom (Brenda)Robinson. Visitation and Memorial Services will be held at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, on Thursday, January 18, 2018. Family Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m., with Friends’ Visitation to be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Memorial Services will begin at 3:00 p.m., with Tom Robinson officiating. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 19, 2018, at Barrancas National Cemetery.
