Billy Martin Lee Sr., 76, of Milton died Friday, October 9, 2015 in a local care facility. Billy was born in Luvern, Alabama, to the late John S. and Mary Alice Lee. Billy has resided in Milton the past 66 years. He retired from Monsanto/Solutia, and was a Santa Rosa County Commissioner from 1982-1990. He was a member of the First Apostolic Church of Milton where he served as the Men's Director and a lifetime Trustee. He is preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, David Lee, Gerald Lee and Harold Lee. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Doris Jackson Lee of Milton; two sons, Billy M. (Kelly) Lee Jr. of Pace, and Michael L. (Vicki) Rollins of Harold; two daughters, Betsy (Dennis) Pinckard of Pace, and Elaine (Jeff) Perritt of Pace; eleven grandchildren, John S. Lee, Patricia Smith, Heather Adams, Kelly Shiver, Brittany Harvey, Austin Rollins, Christian Rollins, Brittany Rollins, Brandon Hinote, Rachel Houser, and Tyler Perritt; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Sunday, October 11, 2015, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2015, at the First Apostolic Church, Milton. Burial will follow in the Memory Park Cemetery. Park Lee, John Lee, Tyler Perritt, Austin Rollins, Christian Rollins and Stephen Houser will serve as Pallbearers. John Pierce, Les Everett, Herb Ates, Ted Smith, Sam White and Ervin Nelson will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
