Brian Max Murray died at age 52 on July 15, 2018. Brian was born in San Diego, California, and was raised in Pensacola, Florida, and Milton, Florida. He graduated from Milton High School and Locklin Tech. Brian is a military veteran. He loved his family and friends whole heartedly; he loved animals, gardening, boating and hanging out with friends and family. Brian was fun loving and never met a stranger, he would light up a room when he walked in and would instantly put a smile on your face with just his presence. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Verald Harden Murray Sr.; his grandmothers, Mary Francis Murray and Jessie Virdell Murphy; his father, Verald Harden Murray Jr.; along with other aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his mother, Jessie Mae Murray; five brothers, Douglas Fogie, David Fogie, Steve Fogie, Kenneth Fogie and William Teuber Jr.; his sister, Sandra Thurston; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home in Pace. The family will be accepting friends and family at their home immediately after visitation. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home in Pace; with burial to follow at 11:30 a.m., at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pensacola.
