Charles Clepper Obituary

Charles, better known as Chuck, was a United States Navy retiree that passed away on December 12, 2013 at his home in Pace, Fl. He served proudly for twenty-three years with two tours in Vietnam while earning multiple honorary awards. Chuck was a wonderful son, husband, brother, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his beloved wife of thirty-seven years, Elsa Clepper, as well as six children, Debbie Clepper Milligan, Denise Clepper, Eric Givero, Arnel Givero, Rina Rutherford, and Troung Pham. He is also survived by his two sisters, Martha Ferguson, and Linda Fleming, ten sweet grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews as well. Reading of the rosary will precede viewing at Lewis Funeral Home on December 18, 2013 at 6:00 pm. Service will be at St. Rose of Lima on December 19, 2013, at 11:00 am. After service all will meet at Barrancas National Cemetery at 2PM for committal. Pallbearers will be Oscar Del Rosario, Dennis Del Rosario, Gene Dees, L.D. Rollo, Samuel Fleming, and John Haynes Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be: Captain Enrique Sadsad, Robert Garland, Richard Cannon, John Williams, Pete Rollo, and John Haynes Sr.
