Charlie Manson Hart Milton, Florida Obituary

Charlie Manson Hart

Charlie Manson Hart, Jr. December 1951 - October 2015 Charlie departed on his last flight on October 4, 2015. Charlie was not on a C130 cargo or gunship, no, Charlie was on the heavenly plane. Those who knew Charlie, loved Charlie, and he will be sorely missed but never forgotten. Born in Marianna, Florida, he spent his whole life in Pace, except summers when he joined his Grandmother in Cottondale, Florida. Charlie was a Military veteran, retiring from the Air Force with more than 20 years of service. He was one of the best handy men God ever placed on the face of this earth! He loved to build and repair boats, and could repair any motor - from washing machines to cranes. Charlie was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Alene Christmas Cook; and father, Richard "Dick" Hart. He leaves behind a wife, Vickey Hart; son, Richard Hart; daughters, Charlotte Estess and Sarina Bradley; brother, Chris Hart; sister, Tammy Cook; and eleven grandchildren. A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 23, 2015, at Barrancas National Cemetery, shelter B, with full military honors. Lewis Funeral Home, Milton, has been entrusted with arrangements.
