Cirilo Sison Andrion

Cirilo Sison Andrion 1930-2017 Cirilo Sison “Mr. Andy” Andrion, beloved father, grandfather and friend, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Cirilo was affectionately known as “Mr. Andy” to his family and friends. He was born in Manila Philippines, and later stationed in Pensacola, Florida, in the United States Navy. He fought in Korea and Vietnam and was an exceptional sailor. Mr. Andy received various medals and awards of honor and distinction while serving his country for over twenty years. After his military career, Mr. Andy operated Mei-Ling’s Chinese Restaurant in East Hill until his retirement. Mr. Andy never met a stranger and was quick to help anyone in any situation. Mr. Andy was known for his loving kindness and understanding; he loved fishing, wrestling, laughing, telling stories about his childhood, and singing patriotic songs. The only thing he loved more than the United States of America, was his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mei-li Andrion; daughter, Sheng Chen “Lourdes” Ventura; son, Jerry Andrion; and his parents, Zarias and Bebbiana Andrion. Mr. Andy is survived by his daughters, Sheng-Chee “Stella” (Michael Paul) Saba of Pace, Florida, Mercy Alpert of Woodlands Hills, California; son-in-law, Robert Ventura; grandsons, Jarrod Ventura, Derek Watkins, Harrison Alpert, and Lee Alpert; as well as a host of friends. We will miss you Dad, and we take comfort in knowing you now rest in peace in the arms of our heavenly father. God Bless the USA!!! A Graveside Service will be held at a later date in Barrancas National Cemetery, aboard Pensacola Naval Air Station. Lewis Funeral Home, Milton, has been entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
