Curtis Shane “Bubba” Busby, 45, of Bagdad, Florida, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019. Curtis was a native of Bagdad, and the fourth of five children born to Kenneth and Joann Busby. He was a lifelong truck driver with 27 years of service. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.W. and Dorothy McArthur and Curtis and Louise Busby; and his aunt, Brenda Rolin. Curtis is survived by his daughter, Shania Busby; parents, Kenneth and Jo Ann Busby; siblings, Kenny and Tonya Busby, Alysia Busby, Kenneth and Ellen McCree, and Michael Busby; five nieces; and four nephews. Visitation will be held 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. for family, and from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. for the public, Thursday, March 7, 2019, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel. A Graveside Service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019, at Bagdad Cemetery, with Lewis Funeral Home directing.
