David Johnson

David M Johnson, 60, of Navarre, Florida, passed away Monday, December 4, 2017. David was a native of West Virginia and was the only child born to Eldon and the late Rennie Johnson. He graduated with an Associate degree in Electronics. He was a certified Clinical Laboratory Technologist who was employed at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. He was a fifteen and a half year veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rennie R. Johnson in 2013. David is survived by his wife of 37 years, Heidi L Johnson, of Navarre, Florida; a son, Joshua C. Johnson, of Frederick, Maryland; and a son, Joel M. Johnson, of Navarre, Florida. His cremated remains will be buried in Stonewall Jackson Cemetery in West Virginia. These were his final wishes. Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre, has been entrusted with local arrangements. The family wishes to thank the staff at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, Gastroenterology Associates, and his doctor at Emerald Coast Cancer Center for the love and care given to their husband and father, during his time of illness.
