Ms. Dee was lovingly known as a feisty little French lady, was married to David Brimer for 47 years. Ms. Dee, predeceased by her husband, is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Fragnon of Yzeure, France and her son, Alain F. Brimer, Navarre, Florida; her sister, Simone Vogt, Yzeure, France, her grandson Cal, granddaughter Amanda and four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held for the family and friends at a later date.September 12, 1930 - August 13, 201309/12/193008/13/2013
