Dewitt Russell Kelley III, 56, of Milton, died Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at his home. Dewitt was born in Topeka, Kansas, and was a U.S. Army Vietnam-Era-Veteran. His working career was a tugboat captain on the inland waterways. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Joyce Ann Kelley; a son, Jessie Knotts, daughter, Michelle Knotts; two grandchildren; and one brother, Kenny Leslie Kelley. Private services will be held at a later date. Lewis Funeral Home in Milton has been entrusted with the arrangements.August 12, 1953 - October 28, 201408/12/195310/28/2014
