Dolores Marie Smith Mohr, age 88, passed away in Milton, Florida, Friday, June 29, 2018. She was born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania on November 23, 1929. She lived most of her younger years in Seat Pleasant Maryland. She was the 7th of 9 children, born to the late Ella and Charles Smith. She was a graduate of Suitland High School in Suitland, Maryland. After graduation, she became the high school Secretary. Later she worked for the telephone company on Pennsylvania Ave, Washington D. C. She retired from The University of Georgia, where she was an admin assistant of the Law School Library. Her former husband and two brothers were Masons and she was active in the Eastern Star for many years. She is survived by three children, daughter, Donna Johns, daughter, Vicki Luke, and her son, Richard Mohr and his wife Sherry. She is also survived by her former husband, Wilbur Mohr, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whom she called her friend; her grandchildren, Randall Johns and his wife Jennifer, Evan Johns, Lindsay Johns, William Luke, Jason Mohr and his wife Sara, and Keena Lindberg and her husband Benjamin; and her great-grandchildren, Camryn and Caroline Johns, Avrem and Stellen Mohr, and newborn great-grandson Henrik Lindberg. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Pace Chapel (4777 West Spencerfield Road, Pace, Florida 32571). She will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens following the service. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., prior to the service. We would like to thank her Physicians for all the care they showed during these last years, Dr. Lethi, Dr. Mamish, Dr. Sultan, Dr. Antonious, Dr. Loriz DDS, and the Wound care center staff on Woodbine.
