Donna Escoe Flournoy, 65, of Milton, Florida, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020. Donna was born February 13, 1955, in Athens, Georgia. Spent most of her childhood in Athens, until she found her husband, Michael Flournoy, whom took her on a journey around the world as he served 27 years in the U.S. Navy. They would eventually find their forever home in Milton, where she raised her daughter and son, Jenna Flournoy Merritt and Michael Scott Flournoy. She loved her friends and family and spent all of her life bringing an extra spark of happiness to everyone that ever had the privilege of meeting her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Escoe; and her father, Thomas Escoe. Donna is survived by her husband of 38 years, Michael Ellis Flournoy; her daughter, Jenna Flournoy Merritt; her son, Michael Scott Flournoy; and her brother, Terry Lee Escoe. Funeral Services, for Donna Flournoy, will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, February 21, 2020, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with her son-in-law, Dustin Merritt, officiating. Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., prior to the service. The Flournoy family would like to thank the staff of Sacred Heart Hospital for their love and compassion that was given to Donna and their entire family during her care.
