Eleanore D. "Anne" Erk, 76, of Milton, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2017. Eleanore was born July 10, 1941, in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She graduated with a major in art history, in 1963, from West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon, West Virginia. She was married February 8, 1964, to the love of her life, Barclay J. Erk. They have resided in the Milton area since 2006. She enjoyed making wood crafts and sharing them with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd L. and Eleanor (Bowersock) Davis. Eleanore is survived by her husband, Barclay; son, Chris (Claire) Erk; and three grandchildren, Stephen Erk, Matthew Erk, and Laura Erk. A private family service is planned.
