Ernest Wilson

Ernest “Richie” Wilson, 45, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013. Richie was born February 19, 1968. He graduated from Milton High School in 1986. He was a valued and respected employee of ADT Security and was a member of Coastline Calvary Chapel Church in Gulf Breeze, Florida. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was most comfortable in the outdoors whether he was scuba diving or in a tree stand. Richie never met a stranger and was always the first to help a friend in need. The love he had for his daughter, his family and his friends was larger than life. If you had the honor to call him your friend, you were blessed. The loss of his presence will deeply affect so many people. Richie was preceded in death by his mother, Belinda Gail (Sims) Wilson. He is survived by his loving daughter Belinda Gayle “Lyndee” Wilson; his father Ernest “Ricky” (Lynn) Wilson; and a countless number of family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel in Milton with Rev. John Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the Whitmire Cemetery. The family will begin to receive friends at 11:00 am on Tuesday, prior to services.
