Ethel W. Henderson November 3, 1919 – August 7, 2016 Ethel W. Henderson passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016, while a resident at Sandy Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Ethel was born and raised in Santa Rosa County. Ethel and Marvin owned and operated Henderson Curb Market and E & M Grocery, both in Milton, Florida. Ethel was a loving mother; and member of the Community of Christ in Milton. Ethel was predeceased by her parents, Lula Clyde and Don Carlos Willis; husband, Marvin Henderson; her son, Donald E. Henderson; and two brothers, Bill Willis and Don Willis. Ethel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her 100 year old sister, Myrtle Luke; her children Gerald “Jerry” (Carolyn) Henderson, and Joseph “Joe” (Lisa) Henderson; daughter-in-law, Ruby Henderson; grandchildren, Dawn Henderson, Robbin Henderson, Tonya (Brent) Tipton, Renea Henderson, Brandon (Becky) Henderson, Lori Henderson and Ryan Henderson ; great-grandchildren, Brandi (Anthony)Beck, Erica Sackwitz, Klaire and Jonathan Tipton; and great-great-grandson, Bennett Beck. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with Elders Wayne Blocker, Ed Strachan, Hubert Smith and Don Coleman officiating. Priesthood members will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., prior to the service. Interment in Serenity Gardens Cemetery, Milton, will follow services.
