On Saturday, February 28, 2015, Eva Becker entered Heaven’s Gates and was welcomed by a celebration of angels. Eva Becker was born February 20, 1959 and attended John F Kennedy High School. Her passions in life were spreading the Word and Love of God and being a hair stylist for a majority of her life. She was an active participant and member of Saint Sylvester Catholic Church. Shopping, laughing, embarrassing her children, and cooking secret family recipes made up her favorite hobbies. Eva loved watching “Novelas” with her mom and napping with her puppies. Eva always had a way of making everyone around join in her laughter. She had a wonderful way of making family and friends feel completely loved and treasured. Advice and knowledge were available to whoever needed it and with her delicate hands Eva always assisted. Her caring heart and fun loving personality consistently brightened every room she entered. Eva was known through life as; daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, friend, and now "Good and Faithful Servant." She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Barron. Eva is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Roger Becker; and children, Clifton Becker, Eric (Alisha) Becker, & Curtis Becker. She is also survived by her mother, Rosa Barron; and her siblings, Henry Barron Jr. and Roslyn (Greg) Barron-Porshia. Visitation will be Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. at Saint Sylvester Catholic Church (6464 Gulf Breeze Pkwy Gulf Breeze, Fl 32563.) Funeral Mass will be held Monday, March 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Sylvester Catholic Church and immediately followed by the burial service at Barrancas National Cemetery onboard NAS Pensacola. Reception to follow at Saint Sylvester Catholic Church.
