Franklin Henry “Frank” Wiggins, age 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 7, 2019, at his home in Anahuac, Texas. Frank was born on January 3, 1947, the son of Joseph Garrett and Leila Lee (Thompson) Wiggins. Frank proudly served in the United States Army. Before serving his country, Frank met and married Rita Thompson Wiggins, and later had two children. After his discharge, Frank and his family settled in Deer Park, Texas. Frank was employed as a pipefitter and welder until his retirement. Frank was an avid fisherman, especially bass fishing, and you would find him on a lake almost every weekend. Frank is survived by his children, Anthony and Michael; his granddaughter, Ashley; and his sister, Renell Kirkendall. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 15, 2019,at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel (6405 Hwy. 90 West, Milton, Florida 32570.) Burial will follow services in McLellan Cemetery with Lewis Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be held 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., prior to the services.
