Gordon "Mac" McLachlan, Jr., age 78 of Milton, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2011. Mr. McLachlan was born in Detroit, MI and has resided in Milton area the past 11 years. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a retired Civil Service employee retiring from the Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah. He was a member of the Northminister Presbyterian Church in Pensacola. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dot McLachlan of Milton; ten children, Elaine (David) Hettinga, Susan (Lyle) Dingman, Cynthia (Bil) Prouty, Deborah (Robert) Grafton, Cherise (Donald) Palmer, Dawn McLachlan, Carla (Darryl) Adams, Carl (Kathi) Rowland, Scott McLachlan, and Mike (Kim) McLachlan; nineteen grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
