Jean Grayson Frost, 87, passed away November 30, 2013 in Milton, FL. She was born in Greenville, Alabama to Lloyd and Nina Sellers Grayson. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Frost, two sons, Harold Frost and John Colquitt, sister, Anne Frost; brother, Howard Grayson, and nephew Wayne Crutchfield. She lived most of her life in Northwest Florida. She was an employee of City Finance in DeFuniak Springs for many years and continued in the finance business as a branch manager at Sun Trust Bank until her retirement. After retirement, she moved to Milton and remained there until her death. She was a faithful member of the Community of Christ Church. In the last few years, she also enjoyed fellowship activities and lunches at Christ United Methodist Church where she made many new friends. She is survived by a daughter Darlene (Lee) Parker, sister Lina Clary, sister-in-law Kate Grayson, niece Jeanne (Roger) Golden, all of Milton; grandchild Cristy (Timothy) Shumake, great grandchild Allie Shumake of Scottsboro, Alabama and numerous other relatives. Visitation at Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 3, 2013, with the service following at 12:00 noon, with Brother Wayne Blocker and Brother Hubert Smith officiating.
