Jeremy A. Stafford-Gould, age 25, of Avondale, Arizona; formerly from Pensacola, Florida; passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016. Jeremy is survived by his mother, Linda Stafford-Dyess; father, Tony Gould; and step-father, Ronald Hall. Survivors also include two beautiful sons, Chance Antonio Stafford and Chase Alexander Stafford; three brothers, David Alexander Stafford, Aaron Lee Hall, and Demetrius Crisco; and his Soul Mate; Regina Nelson. Additionally, Jeremy leaves behind a host of loved ones, Ronald L. Hall, Chris Prather; and a great many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and foster families to include, but not limited to, the Stafford and Gould families, and Yvette Yelder. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by burial in Bagdad Cemetery.
