Jerry Cothern

Jerry Wayne Cothern, Age 59 of Gulf Breeze, FL passed away after a courageous battle with leukemia on April 15, 2014 at 10:55pm. He was born in Metairie, LA on December 3, 1954 to predeceased parents, Floyd Paul Cothern and Betty Sue Cothern. He was survived by his older brother, Allen Cothern and wife Caryll Cothern and predeceased by his middle brother, Richard Paul Cothern and surviving wife Carol Cothern. He graduated from Central High School Class of 1973 Jackson, MS then received a degree in Computer Programming from Hinds Community College. He was a devoted father to his four surviving children: Matthew Donald Cothern and his wife, Leanne Cothern; Kimberly Ann Cothern; Laura Suzette Cothern and Zachary Aaron Cothern and his wife, Ashley Cothern. Jerry was a beloved grandfather to his surviving grandchildren: James Liam; Leila Elizabeth; Mykala Aaron, Alezea Marie, Anaiyah May and Zachary Alexander.
