Joseph Vincent Foster, 64, of Milton, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Joseph was a truck driver. He served 22 years in the Army. Joseph is predeceased by his father, Trammel L. Foster; one brother, Ralph Foster; and two sisters, Marion Foster and Sandra Foster. Joseph is survived by his mother, Juanita Foster; wife, Mary Lendon Bell-Foster, three children, Tammy Foster, Paula Foster, and Joe Foster Jr.; one stepson, Sean Bell; two brothers, James Foster and Jack Foster; and two sisters, Brenda Foster and Beth Foster.
