Karen Christine Shaffer Passmore (1958 - 2015) Karen Christine Passmore, 58, of Milton, Florida, passed away and went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at home. Karen was born on January 22, 1958, in Pasadena, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle Jack Shaffer and Betty Brooks of Los Angeles, California; and her husband, Bill Wayne Passmore of Milton. She is survived by her sister, Kathy Richardson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; brother, Dewayne Shaffer of California; brother, Danny Shaffer of California; sister, Connie Shaffer Cox of California; son, Joe M. Passmore of Milton; daughter and son-in-law, Jackie Passmore Barry and Joey Barry of Milton; grandchildren, Kayden Barry, unborn child of Joe M. Passmore, and an unborn child of Jackie and Joey Barry. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, August 14, 2014, at New Life Baptist Church (6380 Bayberry Street, Milton).
