Kenneth Cassidy, 74, of Allentown, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018. Mr. Cassidy was a native and lifelong resident of Santa Rosa County, Florida. He was the fourth of nine children born to Murphy Cassidy and Effie Dell Brewer Cassidy. Mr. Cassidy was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Babb; and a grandchild. He is survived by two daughters, Lila F. (James) Archer, and Victoria Palmer; a son, Kenny Cassidy, Jr.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Paulette Allen, Julia Hall and Lettie Levertue; a brother, Charles C. Cassidy, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mr. Cassidy will be held at 2:30 p.m., on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at the Indian Ford Victory Fellowship Church (8999 Indian Ford Rd., Milton, Florida 32570) with Rev. Danny Carnley officiating. Burial will follow services in Crain Cemetery, with Lewis Funeral Home of Milton directing. The family will receive friends, beginning at 1:30 p.m. until the services start at 2:30 p.m., on Sunday, December 30, 2018, at Indian Ford Victory Fellowship Church. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Nurse Spring Inc, and to Martha Ward RN, for the special care given to Kenneth during his time of illness; and a very special thank you to his guardian angel, Denise West.
