Linda Drummond Bush, 77, died at 3:01 AM, Tuesday, March 31, 2020 peacefully in her home in Milton, Florida. She was born September 27, 1942 in Pensacola, Florida to Robert Ray Drummond and Louise Shelby Drummond. Married Eldridge Sidney Bush, Jr on October 21, 1966 - until his death in 2010. Preceded in death by her husband, Eldridge (Butch) Bush; her parents, sister Beverly Drummond, brothers Charles and Thomas Drummond and granddaughters: Mallory, Jillian and Jessica Bush. Surviving are her children Daniel Lee Bush, James Edward Bush, Anthony Ray Bush and Debra Lynn Bush. Grandchildren; Dana Lynn Bush, James Adam Bush, Sabrina Louise Bush, Johnathon Daniel Hierholzer, Matthew Logan Shuler and Thomas Anthony Shuler; sister Frances Brown; brother Robert R Drummond; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Linda was a retired 911 operator with Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Department. No one else like her; a strong woman with even stronger opinions. She was an avid reader, piano player and all-around comedic relief. Loved by many for her loving & giving heart and her feisty comebacks. No services will be held currently due to the COVID-19 Quarantine. We will announce services in the Summer (We Pray) In lieu of flowers or contributions, donations can be made to the Healthy Start Coalition of Santa Rosa County, Inc. in her honor. Helping pregnant women and babies in the beginning of life will help her memory live on through others.
