Jr. Peaden, age 68 of Milton, FL passed away at his home on Dec. 29, 2012. Jr. was born Sept. 6, 1944 in Munson, Florida to the late Qualie Peaden and Luther Fisher Peaden, Sr. Jr. served in the U. S. Army where he was stationed in Germany and Spain. After his time in the military, Jr. came home to Santa Rosa County where he became the owner and operator of Jr. Peaden Septic Tank Service where he served the Santa Rosa County area for thirty plus years. Junior was also a master carpenter who could build anything. Jr. will be remembered most for the hard work he put in throughout his life and the friendship he gave to the many people who knew and loved him. We’re gonna miss you pop. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Geron Peaden and Beauford “Fuzz” Peaden; and son, Luke Peaden. Jr. is survived by seven brothers and sisters, Maxine Bergeron, Amos Peaden, Andy Peaden, Effie Dean McKinnis, Jack Peaden, Curtis Peaden and Grover Peaden; three children, Kim Peaden, Kevin Peaden and Derrick Peaden; four grandchildren, Shane Peaden, Levi Peaden, J. D. Bowman, Wyatt Peaden and many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 PM Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 with Rev. Charlie Elliott officiating. Burial to follow in Crain Cemetery, Lewis Funeral Home directing.
