Margie Bates Andrews Margie Bates Andrews, 84, died at home with her family at her side. She was born March 20, 1934,in Madison TN, the daughter of Percy and Pauline Bates. She married Ermond Dearl Andrews, Sr., on January 18, 1956. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dearl Andrews, Sr.; parents, Percy and Pauline Bates; two sisters, Helen Lewis, and Martha Withrow; and one brother, Phillip Bates. Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Andrews; four sons, Dearl Jr. (Pam), Donnie (Kimm), Steve (Stacy), and Scott (April); grandchildren, Mike (Jayme), Crystal, Brittany (Will), Tyler (Alisha), Ashley (Myles), Austin (Stephanie), and Aubree; and her great-grandchildren, Chelsea, Kaylee, Kylee, Sierra, Brayden, Kayden, and Hattie. Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. – 8: 00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel. An Eastern Star service will be held at 6:00 p.m. by Milton Chapter OES #189. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel, with Rev. Fred Rogers officiating. Burial will follow services in Crain Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Michael Patterson, Garry Coleman, Michael Bates, Tim Bates, Russ Goeller, and Ken Cole. A special thanks to Dr. Eldawy and the nurse at the Sacred Heart Cancer Center, and to the staff of Emerald Coast Hospice.
