Mary "Foy" Kennedy Holt passed away July 4, 2016. Foy lived in Milton Florida, for fifty-eight years, and retired from the Santa Rosa County School System after twenty five years of service. Foy was also a charter member of Christ United Methodist Church, and was active serving many committees over the years. She was a choir member as well as a member of the United Methodist Women where she served as president for many years. She was also a Girl Scout Troop Leader while her daughters were young, and Band Booster President. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Lola Kennedy; son, Roger Holt; and daughter, Elaine Munger. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Cabaniss; and her siblings, Ken (Edith) Kennedy, Boyce (Janice) Kennedy, Carl (Mary) Kennedy, Don (Peggy Jane) Kennedy, and Peggy (Bill) Mask. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kira (Mark) Dixon, Todd Cabaniss, Amanda (Robert) Jessup, Ben (Carrie) Munger, and Katherine (Brent) Lannon; and great-grandchildren, Lola and Blake Dixon, Alex, David, and Michael Munger, Nevaeh and Nathan Jessup, and David and Elden Lannon. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel (6405 Hwy. 90 West, Milton). Visitation will be held 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., prior to the service. The family would like to thank Baptist Hospital, and the staff of Regency Hospice and Asbury Place Assisted Living Facility.
