Mary Jane Williams, 81, of Munson, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014. Mary was born and raised in Andalusia, Alabama, and was the eighth of eleven children born to the late Ernest and Aline Kilpatrick. She was a graduate of Straughn High School and the Lurleen B. Wallace Nursing Program. She retired from Baptist Hospital after 20 years of service and was a member of Blackwater Baptist Church. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Cyress Williams, of Boulder, Colorado, in 2006; and her husband, the love of her life, Phillip D. Williams, of Erwin, North Carolina, in 2009. Mary is survived by her son, Don V. Williams, of Pensacola, Florida; daughter, Pathena Williams, of Largo, Florida; two sisters, Shirley Grimes and Christine Rowland, both of Montgomery, Alabama; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Phillip was survived by his son, Terry Williams, of Pensacola, Florida; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial service for Mary will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 14, 2014, at Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel with Rev. Mike Poston officiating.
