Monica Esther Kuh Hogge, 56, of Milton, Florida, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 27, 2016. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Washington, DC. She was one of eight children born to the late Peter Greenebaum Kuh and Margaret Mary Kuh. Monica went to Lafayette Elementary School, Alice Deal Junior High School and Woodrow Wilson Senior High School. Monica is survived by her husband of twenty-nine years Robert M Hogge Jr.; her children Jennifer, Robert, James Jeannie, Sarah, and Jonathan; her siblings, Charlotte Virginia Kuh, Audrey Kuh Straight, Peter Kuh, Jerome Kuh, Rita Kuh Stoops, Anne J. Kuh, and Mary Kuh Ambulos; and four grandchildren Monica was a devoted mother and wife and home schooled all of her children. She dedicated her life to raising each of her children in a way that recognized each child's separate personality. She was a very special wife and mother who gave herself completely to her family and will be greatly missed. Monica we love you and will see you again someday! Funeral services for Monica will be held at Raymond Funeral Home (5635 Washington Ave, LaPlata, M.D. 20646) on Thursday, August 4, 2016. Viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. till noon. Service begins at noon. There will be a processional to Trinity Memorial Gardens following. Monica’s husband would like to thank the staff of Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, for the love and care that they showed during this difficult time.
