Nina Faye McWaters Nina passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 in Leesburg, VA. Daughter of the late John Alexander Crew and the late Rhetta McCall Crew. The youngest of 10 children, Nina was born on July 27, 1938. She graduated Troy State University receiving a B.S. degree in Education. After becoming a mom, Nina obtained a teaching position at Maxwell Air Force Base. She was in the first group of teachers hired for the new school built because Alabama schools weren’t segregated and the government wanted to provide this service to the military. Nina completed her career in Education after 30 years at Rhodes Elementary in Milton FL. Nina leaves to cherish her memory her redheads, daughter Sherri, favorite son-in-law: Keith Anderson, and two grandsons: Sean & Connor of Leesburg, VA; sisters Bena Mae Jeffcoat of Camden, AL and Rhetta Johnson of Enterprise, AL. The family will receive guests from 10 to 11 am on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the West Milton Church of Christ. Funeral services will begin at 11am. Private Interment will follow in Calvary Baptist Cemetery, Allentown, FL.
