Orvil H. Gann "Big O" Orvil H. Gann, age 81, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2011. Mr. Gann was a native of Tennessee and had resided in the Santa Rosa County area since 1985. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was the "Big O" at the Pea Ridge Flea Market. He was preceded in death by his son, Mike Gann; wife, Beatrice Gann; and his brother, Bunie C. Gann. He is survived by his son, Mitchell (Sherri) Gann of Columbiana, Al; two daughters, Marilyn Makris of Pace and Martha (Don) Bonal of Cantonment; six grandchildren, Sarah, Mitchell II, Melanie, Dennis, Allison and Chad; seven great grandchildren, Logan, Amelia, Braden, Savannah, Kaela, Delaney, and Libby (with one on the way); one brother, Tee(Donna) Gann of Indianapolis, IN. Graveside services to be held at 1PM on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Milton Cemetery with Military Honors, Rev. Pat Mobley, officiating. Visitation will be held from 11AM to 12PM Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel.
