Phyllis Jean Phillips, Loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, and Cousin Phyllis Jean Phillips, 63, of Holley, Florida passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016. Born P. Jean Lyons in Indianapolis, Indiana, on February 15, 1953, to Cyril Dwight and Helen Marie Lyons. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Steven Lyons. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, James Richard Phillips Jr., of Holley, Florida; son Brian P. (Tracey) Phillips, son Michael Jason (Jackie) Phillips of Elgin, Oklahoma, daughter Amanda Jean Phillips, of Holley, Florida, son James Eric (Caitlin) Phillips of Havelock, North Carolina; grandchildren as follows, grandson Christopher Phillips, grandson Matthew Phillips, granddaughter Cadence Phillips, grandson Aidan Phillips, grandson Raleigh Phillips, and granddaughter Isabella Phillips. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel; 5:00 p.m. for family, and friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A Memorial Service for Phyllis Jean Phillips will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel, with burial to follow in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Gulf Breeze, Florida. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., prior to the service.
