Robert Carrier Obituary

Robert Charles Carrier went to be with our Lord on April 6, 2016. He was born in Amite, Louisiana, on December 15, 1943. Robert Carrier, an avid outdoorsman, was a resident of Pace, Florida, for over 30 years and was affectionately known as "RC". He was a veteran of the US Navy. RC retired after 26 years of dedicated and honorable service, having achieved the rank of Master Chief. He is preceded in death by his father, Henon Carrier; mother, Mary Carrier; and two brothers, John Carrier and Ernest Carrier. RC is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Paulette Carrier; son, Brent Carrier and his wife Julie and granddaughter Ashley Ruth, of Milton, Florida; and son Philip "Skip" Carrier of Pensacola, Florida. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Ruth Carter of Amite, Louisiana; six sisters, one brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2016, at Immanuel Baptist Church, Pace, Florida Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Immanuel Baptist Church, with Graveside Service beginning at 2:00 p.m., with full military honors, at Barrancas National Cemetery, onboard Pensacola NAS. Lewis Funeral Home, Pace, has been entrusted with arrangements.
