Robert Holderman

Robert Holderman, 62, of Navarre Beach, Florida, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born in Dayton, Ohio. He was raised in the small town of Miamisburg, Ohio, where he and his sister attended a private Catholic School until graduation. He received a scholarship to play football at Wittenberg University winning two NCAA Championships during his time there. He later moved to Navarre Beach, Florida, retiring from a lifelong career at IBM, and opening Abaca Vacation Rentals and Banana Beach Realty. Robert is survived by his son, Bobby Holderman, of Navarre Beach, Florida; mother, Marianne Boggs, and stepfather, Roy Boggs, of Miamisburg, Ohio; girlfriend, Jane Peuler, of New Orleans, Louisiana; sister, Debbie Rose, and nephew, Kevin Englebrecht, of Miamsiburg, Ohio. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday November 16, 2017, at Lewis Funeral Home in Navarre, Florida. Visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., prior to the service., Burial will take place in his hometown of Miamisburg, Ohio, at a later date. The family would like to thank everyone for their support in the past few months and for the care received at Ft Walton Beach Medical and Sacred Heart Hospitals.
