Rosa Foster

Rosa Lee Kelly Foster, 89, of Milton, Florida died on Sunday, December 02, 2012. Rosa Lee was born to George and Elizabeth Kelly on April 21, 1923 in Brewton. After marrying Clyde Foster of Munson, Florida, she and Clyde farmed their own land and she worked in the Munson Pine Nursery. In 1956, Clyde and Rosa Lee moved to Milton, Florida. Rosa Lee retired from Monsanto after 25 years of service. Rosa Lee will be sorely missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 60 years Clyde Foster; 5 brothers; and 1 sister. Rosa Lee is survived by her son, Jimmie (Sue) Foster; daughter, Caroline Dulaney; son, Gay (Nancy) Foster; 10 grandchildren, Lisa (Dan) Thorp, Ricky (Cheryl) Reece, Teresa (Ken) Kopp, Dirk Foster, Travis (Stephanie) Foster, Kimi (Steve) Dunn, Tammy (Scott) Messina, Wendy (Kurt) Scandrol, Aaron (Kelli) Foster, Amber (John) Bloechle; 19 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Aaron Foster, Travis Foster, Steve Dunn, Corie Boone, Tyler Boone, and Scott Messina. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel with Reverend Alton Nixon officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Thursday, prior to the service. Interment will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Munson, FL.
