Sarah Frances Paulsen, a.k.a. Meme, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the age of 94. Two of the most important aspects of her life were faith and family. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church of Pace and fellowshipped on Wednesday nights at First United Methodist Church of Pace for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, George Henry Paulsen and two sisters, Dorothy and Pastine. She is survived by her children, Frances (Johnny) Cribbs, Pat (Marty) Paulsen, Pam Biggs, James (Jill) Paulsen, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren, her sisters Hazel Morton and Helen Wall, a sister in the Lord and BFF (best friend forever) Virginia Reddoch and special friends Jack and Faye Fowler. Services will be held at Lewis Funeral Home, 4777 West Spencer Field Road in Pace, FL on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Visitation at 10:00 AM and service at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Bayview Memorial. Clain Roberts from Immanuel Baptist and Associate Pastor Nancy Hammond from First United Methodist of Pace will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Covenant Hospice or any charity of your choice.
