Shaun Hoffman "Cecil Brown", 39, of Pace, Florida, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018. He was born July 7, 1979, in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Woodham High School and Pensacola State College. He was an assembly technician/area trainer with Assemblers Inc. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Henry Hoffman; and his aunt, Shannon Godsted. Shaun is survived by his wife of 12 years, Kisha Hoffman of Pace, Florida; daughter, Ashley Hoffman of Pace, Florida; mother, Jennifer Hoffman of Milton, Florida; father, Ed Hoffman of Milton, Florida; sister, Rebecca Schenck of Milton, Florida; brother-in-law, Jason Schenck of Milton, Florida. He is also survived by his grandmother, Shirley Murray of Commerce, Georgia; grandmother, Janice Hoffman of State Collage, Pennsylvania; uncle, Jim Godsted of Georgia; uncle, John Hodge of Texas; uncle, Bennet Hoffman of State Collage, Pennsylvania; niece, Lilly Mattingly of Floyd Knobs, Indiana; nephew, John Finley of Floyd Knobs, Indiana; and many cousins. Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 2, 2018, at Lewis Funeral Home, Pace Chapel (4777 West Spencerfield Road, Pace, Florida 32571.) Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., prior to the service. The family requests memorial donations may be made, in Shaun’s name, to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
