Thomas Ray “Buddy” Alford 1933-2012 Thomas Ray “Buddy Alford, 79 of Navarre died Friday April 27, 2012. Mr. Alford was a lifelong resident of Santa Rosa County, born and raised in Holley. He was retired as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the City of Pensacola and a great mullet fisherman. He was a devoted family man and well liked by many friends. Mr. Alford was preceded in death by wife; Louise, daughter; Ira Doreen, brothers; Josh and Earl Alford, sister; Victoria Stafford. Mr. Alford is survived by wife; Janie, sons; Jerry, Raymond, and Matt Alford, daughters; Linda Gereau and Nancy Wing, brother; Henry Alford, sisters; Charlotte Hutnell, Carol Andrews, and Earline Anderson, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Noon Thursday May 3, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel with Rev. Buck Dockery officiating, burial to follow in the Holley Point Cemetery Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to Noon Thursday at Lewis Funeral Home, Navarre Chapel
